2. Contract Formation

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
• After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
• A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.

3. Goods and Description

• Product images are for illustration purposes only.
• Due to the nature of handmade, 3D printed, or laser-cut items, slight variations in colour, finish, or size may occur.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any personalisation details are accurate.

4. Price and Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT if applicable.
• Delivery costs will be clearly displayed before checkout.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

5. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Under UK law, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
• If we are unable to meet the agreed delivery timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
• Risk passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession.

6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

7. Effects of Cancellation

8. Returning Goods

• You must return goods within 14 days of informing us of cancellation.
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

9. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made goods
• Perishable goods, including food items
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

• A full refund within 30 days if goods are faulty
• A repair or replacement if a fault develops within 6 months

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence.

11. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.
